To what extent is PROMOTION the most important P for Redbull?
I think that Promotion is the most important P for Redbull because without it, there products would not be able to be seen all over the world. Redbull advertise themselves on F1 cars, drink cans and the X-Games events. This allows millions of people around the world to get to know about the company and what they do. Also just like any other large company, Redbull sponsor certain sports teams and sportsmen. Again this adds to major publicity and shows the world the logo so that they will remember it whenever they see the two bulls of Redbull.

Promotion helps to get the Product out there and is an inexpensive form of advertisement. It is an important P in the marketing mix for Redbull because it allows consumers to be attracted to the Product itself which brings more income for the company. Redbull also Promotes its Product by implying that "Redbull gives you wings" as it's an energy-drink. The slogan is unique and stands out which also gains consumers because the Product is different. They Promote themselves by collaborating with F1 and Extreme Sports as well as sponsoring athletes. This can also create a good image and can be promoted by word of mouth. Therefore, Promotion is a main element in Redbull's marketing mix but the Price of the Product is important too because the price needs to be reasonable as to what the product is and vice versa. As well as Place being an important element, because that's where the consumer can actually buy the Product, so it needs to be somewhere that is available to anyone, for example an obvious choice would be the supermarket, and other places where events would be held like concerts, sports games, etc.
